Photos: Woman beats teacher in front of her students for sleeping with her husband

A woman savagely beat a teacher in front of her students after claiming that the teacher was having an affair with her husband. But instead of the students and other members of staff to stop the fight, they stood aside, watched the fight, filmed it and uploaded the clip on Youtube. Dang!!

35 year old Laelia Paredes Flores, stormed into the classroom in Huimanguillo in south-east Mexico, and attacked 32 year old Marcella Villalpando Tovar. Tovar was kicked, punched in her face and stomach and jumped on. And her students didn't do anything to stop it. In fact, another woman can be heard off camera encouraging the beat down. Wow! See the video after the cut...

Student Miriam Gracia Adomo, 16, said:
"The woman charged in and began shouting and screaming before punching our teacher to the floor. That’s when I ran to get help. But when other teachers came they just stood around watching. It was really terrible, terrible."
After the act was widely condemned, a school spokesperson released a statement saying;
“The woman claimed that our teacher was having an affair with the husband of one of the student’s dads and the mother took exception. We are appalled that this attack happened in our school and that nothing was done to stop it, and we shall be carrying out a full investigation.”

Latest political prostitutes in town - Etcetera comes for entertainers in new article

Singer turned columnist Etcetera comes for all the entertainers who have lend their voices and support to politicians in Nigeria. Read the article below...
Some say Afro Candy is a prostitute. Some say she’s not or at least, not yet. A few others say she’s a porn star, which is not in the same league as prostitution.
Porn stars are taxed, prostitutes are not. So Afrolicious baybay, you have to up your game to get into the league of prostitutes, if it is what you really desire.
My suggestion would be; instruct your agent or booker to get you appearances in any of the political campaign videos, so you can put to use that floppy behind your mama gave you. And if you are lucky enough, you can get cameos and wiggle that thing around the aspirants themselves.
You have to get your bum (sorry your hands) bloodied to earn the highly coveted “Political prostitute” tag. Now my Candilicious Afrolistic baybay, these are a few names of the latest political prostitutes in the country: Olamide, Banky W, Don Jazzy, Flavour, Duncan Mighty, D banj, Mercy Johnson, Ibinabo, Ini Edo, Mama Gee, Naeto C, Joseph Yobo, Daddy Showkey, Kanu Nwankwo, and Sammie Okposo.
I have been asked several times if our celebs should get involved with politics. But today, let me push the same question in different words to everyone reading this article. Do politicians making affiliations with celebs prompt you to vote for them? For me, it’s a definite No.

Nigerians are not influenced by celebs to indulge in certain acts because their favourite celeb says so.
For instance, I like Kate Henshaw but expecting me to vote for a candidate she supports in the forthcoming elections is like asking me to start buying a particular milk brand because Don Jazzy endorsed it. Puh-leez, things like that don’t cut it here in Naija. Naija is a different kettle of fish compared to what is obtainable in places like the US.

The politicians using celebs for their campaigns should ask themselves what on earth the average person has got in common with Dbanj. He has millions and he may never have to lift a finger again in his life if he so desires.

And you think the boys in Okokomaiko who are not smiling will listen to his unrealistic rants on TV and radio? Using a celeb for election campaigns is as stupid as the political aspirants themselves dancing in their campaign musical videos.

Imagine Jimmy Agbaje and Ambode dancing in their campaign videos? Ok, I am sorry, no imagination is needed. I feel sorry for the politicians that Nigerians are not fooled by all the media images of celebs pushed at them every day on TV.

It has become so much that we can’t tell the difference anymore between political campaign videos and the Nigerian musical videos.

The only cocktail of politics and celebrity that the masses are bound to endorse is that of creating useful awareness that will benefit the larger society.

People like Bono have political views which bring attention to real, humanitarian issues that transcend the established political doctrines and have nothing to do with producing those plastic karaoke like political jingles our entertainers are paid to produce.

Those entertainers who see nothing wrong in frolicking with politicians will say I am speaking from a misguided perspective. Go ahead, defend your support for that politician.

Tell me you are campaigning for change. You can’t fool anyone but yourselves.

Hey, my Afro Candilicious baybay, you go ahead with your trade okay? Don’t let the criticisms of your fellow entertainers bother you anymore.

Tell them your porn is definitely a kinder and gentler version when placed side by side with their political prostitution. Now, good day ladies and gentlemen. Please don’t forget to tip the waitress on your way out.

Tenant Kills Landlord Over Rent

For ‘disturbing’ him incessantly over house rent, a man has done the unthinkable to his landlord.

The Agbor community in Delta state has being thrown into uproar after a tenant from Ebonyi state murdered his landlord in cold blood. According to reports, a 41-year-old man is in the police net for murdering his landlord because the landlord was asking for his rent from him incessantly.

The suspect, who has since confessed to the police that he committed the crime, said that it was his uncontrolled anger that pushed him to it. He said the landlord had threatened to kill him if he refused to pay up and in the ensuing fight he picked a hammer and hit his landlord, who died on the spot.

The suspect had owed his landlord seven months rent and paid for two months, promising to pay the remaining months but never did, a situation that stirred the anger of his landlord at the weekend, resulting in the tragic fight.

Jonathan Promises Boko Haram- Held States

President Goodluck Jonathan has promised that the nation’s security forces would completely wipe out members of the violent Boko Haram sect from Adamawa and Yobe states before the March 28 and April 11 rescheduled dates of general elections.

Jonathan made the promise on Friday during a cocktail he organised for members of the diplomatic corps at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
He also promised that in the case of Borno State, at least 70 per cent of the state would be recovered before the elections.

He said the security forces would carry out the operation in order to ensure that elections hold in the three affected states.

He said, “This period will give them (security forces) the opportunity to ‎clean up the three states. If at all they cannot clean up the three states, at least two states will be recovered completely and more local governments even from the remaining state so that elections could be conducted even in Borno State.

“Even if we don’t take over all the territories in Borno State, definitely in Adamawa and Yobe states we will take over completely and even Borno State, the headquarters of Boko Haram, even if we don’t take over completely at least 70 per cent of that state will be free for elections to be conducted.

“This is because democracy can only be meaningful if people are allowed to select who rules them.”
Jonathan boasted that his administration would defeat insurgency the same way it defeated the Ebola Virus Disease.

He said the whole world would see his administration’s achievement in that area very soon.
The President said his administration recognised the real threats terrorism posed to the nation’s development and national security.

He said insurgency had become the biggest manifestation of terrorism not only in Nigeria but also in the region.
He said the activities of the sect had further shown that no single country could effectively tackle terrorism and insurgency alone.

Jonathan explained that that was why the Federal Government was collaborating with neighbouring countries, sub-regional allies’ ‎and other partners beyond the region to deal with what he described as mortal challenge to Nigeria’s security and development.

“We are already beginning to turn the trend. Let me reassure you very clearly that we will surely win the war against Boko Haram. We are moving faster now, ‎in the next few weeks, the whole world will know that we are totally committed and that we are in a position to save our people,” he added.
On the rescheduled elections, the President insisted that it was a decision taken in the best interest of the country.

It will be recalled that two masterminds behind the Biu explosion that killed 35 people at a crowded market on Thursday were allegedly arrested by men of the Civilian JTF and military operatives.

EFCC arrest son of former Adamawa state gov, N15b allegedly found in his company accounts

Two weeks after he and his father, former Adamawa state governor, Murtala Nyako were declared wanted by the EFCC for financial impropriety while in government, the operatives of the EFCC this morning arrested Abdul-Aziz Nyako, the son of Gov Nyako in Gombe state. His arrest comes after N15 billion meant for the state was found in accounts of 5 companies owned by him.
Read the EFCC press statement on his arrest below after the cut...

Barely two weeks after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, declared former Adamawa State Governor, Murtala Nyako and his son, Abdul-Aziz, wanted, operatives of the anti- graft agency, this morning arrested the younger Nyako in Gombe, Gombe State. He was immediately flown to Abuja where he is currently being grilled by a crack team of detectives who had been working on the Adamawa investigation for several months.
Abdul-Aziz, who was declared wanted by the EFCC in the case of stealing, abuse of office and money laundering, is currently telling investigators all he knows about illicit funds traced to companies where he has interest.
Specifically, he will have to explain how over N15billion funds belonging to Adamawa State was laundered into the accounts of five companies owned by him-  Blue Opal Nigeria limited, Crust Energy Nigeria Limited, Blue Ribbon Multilinks Limited, Tower Assets Management Limited and Blue Ribbon Bureau De Change.
The funds was funned into the accounts of the companies from Adamawa State accounts domiciled in a new generation bank by the account officer who incidentally is the manager and an in-law to ex-governor Nyako.
The manager claimed he transferred the funds through verbal instruction from the former governor  for purposes which are not stated.
Investigations revealed that from 2007 to 2011 within Nyako’s tenure in office, before he was impeached in 2014, he had directed that all of the state owned accounts domiciled in various banks be transferred to the new generation bank .
Abdul-Aziz’s company, Blue Opal, is said to own, among other investments in Nigeria, an estate  in Abuja, while his father’s account officer owns several properties and investments scattered around Abuja, Yola and Kano.
Former governor Nyako is still on the run.

I'll arrest Governors if they don't behave during election — Mbu

Other senior police officers go to where ever they are posted to and face their job as professionals, but not this man called Joseph Mbu. He always have reasons to talk as if he is the only policeman in Nigeria.

The new Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 2, Joseph Mbu, has warned that his men will arrest any governor with "unruly attitude" during the forthcoming elections.

Mbu said this on Thursday in Abeokuta, Ogun State, during his official visit to the Ogun State police command headquarters located in the Eleweran area of the state.

The two governors he is expected to work under are Ibikunle Amosun and Babatunde Fashola.

Mbu also ordered the men of the command, who would be on electoral duty, to arrest promptly anyone caught with arms near the voting centres. He said, “I am here to encourage, support and advice you because we have a critical part to play in the forthcoming elections.

“Our actions and activities will go a long way to decide on this election, so, I have come to tell you that we must remain impartial in ensuring free, fair, peaceful and violent-free polls.

“As far as the law is concerned, we are not going to respect anybody and whoever is coming to the booth should vote and leave peacefully.

“Anyone who comes there to campaign even if it is the chief executive of the state, a constable at that polling booth would stop him.”

APC Is Asking For My Support, Promising To Give Money – Afro Candy

One of the most popular Nigerian porn actresses Afro Candy is accusing the main opposition party the All Progressives Congress (APC) of looking for her support in the forthcoming polls.
The porn star took to her Facebook page to express what she claims were attempts to win her over to the APC from the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). She criticised the party, which she connected to the insurgent group Boko Haram, which dominates the north-east of the country.
The actress used her real name Judith C Mazagwu on her profile on Facebook.

“Very funny they are soliciting me to join APC because my brother Amechi is a part of it and promising to give me money….I will always do the right thing and I am not for sale. Everyone knows what happened to the Chibok girls and who is sponsoring the Boko Harams.”

“Buhari and the Northerners are behind it all because they think ruling Nigeria is their birthright they did everything to make the GEJ’s government ungovernable. See how karma is a bitch? They ended up killing their own people to frame GEJ. Why don’t they try that nonsense in the East and their generations will be whipped out for good. This is not a Tribal war, it’s politics so give peace a chance, give democracy a chance period!”
Afro Candy fb
Mazagwu had recently released a video titled ‘Goodluck Ebele Jonathan for Second Term’, showing her support for the presidential candidate from the ruling Peoples Democratic Party.
It should be noted that according to the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission the presidential election is to be held on March 28.

Grieving mother-How my children were killed during spiritual bath

On November 20, 2014, every parent’s nightmare became a reality for 42-year-old Ayedun Shitta-Bello. It was a normal Saturday. There was nothing out of the ordinary that morning that could foretell the tragic news she was about to hear.

“I did not even have a nightmare or a bad dream that could make me think that such a terrible thing had happened,” she told our correspondent.

Barely out of bed that Saturday morning, Shitta-Bello got a call from her brother, Prince Musaliu Buhari.

“Come quick, please, don’t ask why, just come,” she was told on the phone.

Shitta-Bello said apprehension set in as she tried to understand what could have warranted such an early summon.

Our correspondent met Shitta-Bello at Badore area of Ajah, Lagos, on Wednesday where she spoke of the agony of the last two months since she learnt that her sons, Abiodun and Ayinde Oniru (23 and 20 respectively), had died.

The fair complexioned woman, could not hide her agony during the interview as she kept asking, “Why? Why? Why would anybody kill my sons? To punish me or what?”

Shitta-Bello and her sons’ father had parted ways since Abiodun and Ayinde were little but they lived with their father who had converted from Islam to Christianity.

Saturday Punch learnt that the deceased attended a white garment church pastored by one Samuel Olusoji. with their father and step mother.

Two days before the incident (November 18), Abiodun and Ayinde along with their father and step mother were said to have gone to church for a programme. The church is located at 739, Ori-Oke Ibukun, Ilasan Street, Jakande, Ajah.
Shitta-Bello’s ex-husband and father of the deceased told the police that he left the church earlier having performed his own bath but left behind his children and wife in the church.
According to the statement he gave to the police, early morning on Saturday, he got a call from his wife who told him that his two children had drowned during a spiritual bath in a stream frequently used by the church along Ogombo area of Ajah.

The father of the deceased called his ex-wife’s brother (Buhari), who raced to the scene in shock and saw his nephews’ dead bodies lying on the ground.

Screaming inside but trying not to sound alarming, Buhari dialled his sister’s phone line and told her to come to her ex-husband’s house right away without giving reasons.

She said,

“I just woke up when I received the call. I quickly put on clothes and went there. I got there and realised that relations were there as well. I became suspicious.
“I asked what had happened but no one told me anything initially. I then asked for my children. That was when they told me they drowned during a spiritual bath. From then on, everything they told me made no sense. The more I thought about it, the more it did not add up.”

The church pastor initially fled while the police arrested the assistant pastor of the church.

According to Shitta-Bello, she was told during investigation by the police that almost 100 other people were present during the ‘spiritual bath’.

“How can two people drown during a spiritual bath and they turn out to be siblings? How can anybody expect me to believe that was a coincidence?” she said.

The grieving mother said sleep had eluded her since the incident as she always stayed up in the middle of the night to think about her precious children.

Shitta-Bello has another child from the man she remarried but lamented that the hope that her two late children would meet their young sibling would not be fulfilled.

She said,

“I called my children around 7pm on Friday, the day before the incident and they told me they were in church for a programme.
“Few days before then when I visited them at their father’s house, they did not even want me to leave. But I promised to come back soon and bring their sister along because they had not met her before.
“My children had become a source of joy to me. But they died mysteriously just at the moment they were of age to fulfil their responsibility to me as a parent.

“I am not saying this because I am grieving but no one can tell me anything that will make me believe that they died just by drowning. How could they both drown when people were there and nobody went in to help? I was told Ayinde went into the water first and his brother went in to rescue him and they both drowned.”

Saturday PUNCH learnt that the deceased were scheduled to travel out of the country in a few days that same November and had even packed their bags.

The bodies of the deceased are still lying in the mortuary at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital as investigation into the case continues.

Buhari, the deceased’s uncle, told our correspondent that he believed that there was more to the story of the drowning as well.

“The police are still conducting investigations. That is why the bodies are still in the mortuary. We will know what happened when the result of the autopsy conducted on the bodies comes out,” he said.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Mr. Kenneth Nwosu, said investigation into the case is still ongoing at the Department of Criminal Investigations.

“The pastor of the church was tracked down and arrested shortly after the incident last year,” he said.
